On January 24, New Student & Family Programs, the Alumni Association, Student Organizations and Involvement, Campus Recreation, and the Division of Student Affairs hosted the 3^rd annual birthday party for Florida State University. For 169 years, FSU has been serving thousands of students, faculty and staff, alumni, and more, and these departments wanted to give our University a chance to celebrate. 

Approximately 500+ students, faculty, and staff members joined the Marching Chiefs, Spirit Squads, and Cimarron to sing “Happy Birthday” in Moore Auditorium. Attendees enjoyed garnet and gold cupcakes, a specially-curated mac ‘n cheese dish crafted by Tally Mac Shack, Insomnia cookies, and BLT Dip from Madison Social. They also had the opportunity to play yard games, color iconic FSU sites, take commemorative photos, share wishes for their time at FSU, and partake in FSU trivia.
