Case Management Services

 

The Case Manager works with individuals to provide emotional support, counseling, advocacy, and to identify immediate needs, making appropriate referrals to campus and community resources. Cases are monitored, as needed, to ensure that individuals receive the support necessary to improve their life situation.

Case management is available to assist with questions, and to take referrals from any faculty, staff, family, friend, or community member concerned about an individual’s well–being. Please call or e–mail any questions/concerns about individuals or use the online reporting tool: report.fsu.edu.

Walk-In Hours

Case Management operates on a walk-in basis.  Walk-in hours are Monday through Friday, 8 am-4 pm* (See below regarding appointments.)

*Appointments are available for students who are outside of Tallahassee, please email us at casemanagement@fsu.edu and we will schedule you a virtual appointment.
