How to Get Connected with Case Management Services
Contact the Department of Student Support and Transitions main number 850.644.2428 and ask to speak with a Case Manager.
For Students: Case Management operates on a walk-in basis and has walk-in hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm. Case Management is located in University Center A on the 4th floor, Suite 4100. If possible, prior to contacting us please fill out the online Case Management intake form:INTAKE FORM.
For faculty and staff: Please refer students directly to Case Management Services for support. Faculty and staff who are concerned for students can also submit reports through report.fsu.edu.
