Fall 2022 Career Fairs

The FSU Career Center is hosting various career and internship fairs throughout the Fall semester! Students can meet and network directly with hiring employers and organizations and learn more about their part-time, full-time and internship opportunities.

Students from all majors and class levels are encouraged to attend fairs to learn first-hand about the career fair experience, look for opportunities, and make connections with organizations. It’s never too early to explore their options!

The Part-Time Job Fair kicked off the Fall semester on August 31 and September 1 and featured local and on-campus employers hiring Seminoles for their part-time openings.

The Career Center’s largest fairs are the STEM Career & Internship Fair (Tuesday, September 20) and Seminole Futures All Majors Career & Internship Fair (Thursday, September 22), each of which attract hundreds of employers recruiting students from all majors.

In addition to career fairs, students can attend résumé cafés and workshops to help prepare for career fairs. STEM industry leaders will attend the STEM Résumé Café on September 13. Recruiters will be sitting down one-on-one with students to provide résumé critiques, feedback, and career advice.

Similarly, the All Majors Résumé Café invites employers to campus to meet with students one-on-one. The event will be held both virtually and in-person this semester on September 13 and September 15, respectively.

The Diversity & Inclusion Networking Event (September 21), Virtual Career & Internship Fair (October 5), and Graduate and Law School Fair (October 19) round out the Fall 2022 Career Fair slate.

Students are encouraged to register in advance on NoleNetwork. They can upload their résumé to be seen by employers ahead of the fairs, and view the full list of registered employers to be better prepared.

All of the Career Center’s events and workshops are listed in NoleNetwork, including an Employer Panel Series where employers will be giving students tips on how to prepare for the career fair experience, how to maximize their time with recruiters, how to be their authentic self at the fairs, and how to negotiate job offers.

More information on all Career Center events, programs, and services can be found at career.fsu.edu.
