Students also encounter difficulties in “normal” times and don’t know where to turn for help. In response, we developed a tool to help students express, and hopefully resolve, issues of all sorts that could arise in the academic realm.

For students who have recently been admitted or transferred to Florida State University, they might be extremely familiar with New Student & Family Program’s Orientation Team; several students who adorn garnet and gold striped polos and help facilitate spring and summer Orientation sessions as Orientation Leaders.
The Career Center is your student’s hub for career services, professional advice, and personal development during and after their time at Florida State University. The Career Center serves students, alumni, and several additional members of the FSU community when it comes to finding jobs after college, obtaining an internship or experience in a field, applying for graduate school, and general professional development.

While it is starting off later than usual, Florida State University football is finally back this weekend with its season opener against Georgia Tech! If your student receives a positive COVID-19 test, they will be required to isolate for at least 10 days following the specified guidance below and once they receive clearance from the Leon County Health Department.
Isolation On-Campus
If your student is living on-campus, they will be contacted by University Housing to discuss options for their isolation period. Students have the option of relocating to an available space in Rogers or Salley Hall or isolating off-campus or at home.
