All students must abide by the University’s Academic Honor Policy. Any violation will be reported to the appropriate university administrator. Students taking exams at the Office of Accessibility Services (OAS) will be subject to video monitoring during their exams.
The professor must give written permission for you to use any materials (i.e. books, notes, calculator, etc.) during an exam.
Cell phones, book bags, and other personal items are not permitted in the testing areas.
Scheduling an Exam
IMPORTANT: It is the responsibility of the student to schedule exams at least one week in advance of the testing date AFTER giving your instructor your current faculty letter.
Testing sign up instructions:
All quizzes, test, and exams that need to be taken at the OAS EXAM LAB must be scheduled using AIM. This includes both online and paper-based tests. Do not use RegisterBlast or any other test scheduler if you plan on testing at OAS .

Note: Exams must be taken at the same time as it is administered in class. If you have a conflict due to back to back classes or OAS operating hours, be sure to address this with your instructor prior to scheduling.
For My Math Lab or E-Grade test and quizzes:
You will need to bring us the sheets that your instructor will give you upon receiving your faculty letter. You cannot schedule your test until we receive this sheet.

Fall Semester will begin Aug. 24, 2020 and end Dec. 11, 2020 as previously scheduled; however, NO face-to-face classes will be held after the Thanksgiving break.
