OAS Testing Center

OAS Testing Center Policies

All students must abide by the University’s Academic Honor Policy. Any violation will be reported to the appropriate university administrator. Students taking exams at the Office of Accessibility Services (OAS) will be subject to video monitoring during their exams.

Instructors must notify OAS if they allow permission for students to use any materials (i.e. books, notes, calculator, etc.) during an exam.

Cell phones, backpacks, and other personal items are not permitted in the testing areas unless otherwise indicated in a student’s accommodations.

NOTE: Exams, tests, and quizzes need to be scheduled at least one week in advance. Finals need to be scheduled two weeks in advance.

Scheduling an Exam

IMPORTANT: It is the student’s responsibility to schedule exams at least one week in advance of the testing date. We recommend scheduling all tests at once based on course syllabi.

All quizzes, tests, and exams to be taken at the OAS Testing Center must be scheduled in the OAS Portal.

Use the instructions below to schedule your quizzes, tests, and exams at the OAS Testing Center:

Note: Exams must be taken at the same time as the class. If there is a scheduling conflict due to back-to-back classes or OAS operating hours, students should reach out to their instructors to arrange an appropriate testing time before scheduling.
